Do I need to sign up ahead?
Sometimes we have to cancel a class.  If you sign up ahead, you will receive a notification via email of cancellation. If you don't sign up ahead, check this schedule before coming in.  Also, it helps us to know who is coming to class.
 
What do I need to bring to class?
Dress comfortably and bring a mat and water.  We have a few mats to borrow and sell waters if you prefer.  We suggest coming 10 minutes ahead to settle in for your class.

"I tried Michelle's Friday morning Flow60 class last week and it was incredible! As someone who doesn't practice yoga regularly, I was hesitant to try a 60 minute class but I found the class to be a perfect blend of stretching and active poses.
